A lot depends on the type of music being used but you would also need to look at ages, gender, health and even the sort of music the person generally listens to. A distaste for a particular will have a different effect compared to music the person likes and as each person has different tastes. One particular music may have a different effect on two or more people where all other factors are similar. If you google "music effect experiments, blood pressure" or other variations of wording you will get a variety of experiments that have been done with people, plants and animals. Some may be biased to show a viewpoint whereas others are neutral. I remember years ago a test to show the effects on the nervous system done with pigs. There have also been experiments to test the effects on patients with different medical problems and children for concentration. You could compare various experiments and include your comparisons to your own results. Other experiments will also give you some basis of how you may want to conduct your own and allow for finding alternatives that will set you apart from others. You can start with these links:Remember also to keep track of where you did the experiments as the setting and even small details such as wall color, comfort of sitting, time of day, a persons hunger level or if a female is having their menstrual cycle can have an effect. Simple tests give simplified results that make it easy to give false assumptions.

I think that I'd keep it as simple as possible. Select your test group and record each person's blood pressure before and after listening to a passage of music. If you record their age and sex you can graph that as well, but you'd need a pretty large sample to show subpatterns. Sounds interesting.
