Most normal blood pressures fall in the range of 90/60 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) to 130/80 mm Hg. Your blood pressure is normal. But you should be careful about orthostatic hypotension. When you move from lying or sitting position to standing position, there will be a fall of 20 mmHg in sytolic blood pressure. This may cause fatigue, dizziness, light headedness or fainting.
