If it is inheritance, probably only natural remedies would not give as much relief as you require. you can try alternative medicine from Ayurveda and Naturopathy along with your regular medicine. Change in your lifestyle can show you an easy way to deal with your problem.

Food: Garlic... cut it and boil it in milk. It might help but be aware it is present later in body sweat so it is not really an aphrodisiac. More influence does have location of the bed. Read about underground water, Hartmann and Curry grids. These influence a lot more than just a blood pressure and certain illnesses are also connected to it, the problem is that manifests only later in life. Sometimes it is not enough just to move a bed. For example Hartmann grid runns in one direction 2,5m and in perpendicular to 2m and moving a bed to avoid crossing points will help, but if you live in area with a lot of underground waters these will influence you anyway! Recently I moved because of a job to another city, which is "famous" for underground waters, and even though I eat healthier than ever, and am not a bit in a stress, I have constantly high pressure. Moving the bed does not help here. Some people are so sensitive and are not affected in visible way, but it is not a good thing. Change apartments every several months until you find a place you feel good. One more note, both underground waters and mentioned grids change during time and often after earthquakes, so if you have found perfect place be aware this might not be healthy forever.
